Today, I brought back Poweroff for non root device. But the auto root detection approach is widely tested. So not sure if it will fail. If it does, please feedback. Thanks. I also recently published a new app called Everywhere Clipboard. Feel free to give it a try.
Added:
(1) Bring back power off support on non root device (experimental, not sure 100% work on all non root users)
(2) Added auto root detection

The screen off function is broken in version 1.1.3 (Droid X rooted gingerbread)
It will lock the screen, but if I disable screen locking with no lock, the off button does nothing. Worked fine in previous versions using that setup.

Hey, just wanted to thank you for an awesome app and suggest an option to hide the trigger icon.

On button savior, can you leave options to have the buttons on either corner of the device as well, especially for tablets like xoom or nook, soft buttons tend to be more useful along a sides along the top or bottom.
I prefer mine to be in the bottom left corner, some prefer top right corner, etc.

Oh and one more thing, is it possible to actually have options to set where you want the extra expandable and close button on the tray that pops up.
Right now, it defaults as [close] […] [other buttons].
Should have the option of [other buttons] […] [close]
if you know what I mean?

Yes. In Pro. You can change placement/remove button/ add button to Button Savior’s [anel. You can buy and try it. If it is not what you need, you can uninstall as a refund in 15 min.

There’s no way to make the close out button or the […] button to the right of the buttons, they default and stay to the left of the buttons.

Last thing I’m sorry for so many suggestions at one time. Allow us to specify spacing between the buttons and size of the buttons, i.e. Huge, large, medium, small, tiny.
And No space between, small space, medium, large space between buttons.

Just wanted to let you know that your program is part of a ROM for the nook, so you’ll be probably getting more feature requests:

If we have autohide checked as an option[5 seconds], we should have the option _NOT_ to have a close bar button [x].
Also, I’ve noticed if I have 3 buttons set, there are the following option:
[x] […] [home] [back] [menu], but I don’t need the […] button because there are no other buttons. Not a bug perhaps, more of a UI issue.
